Join Ferguson's Decision Support Center (DSC) and lead the charge in embedded analytics within Salesforce. This role focuses on delivering Tableau solutions that drive operational clarity, strategic decision-making, and predictive insights across the enterprise.

  • Design, develop, and deploy Tableau dashboards embedded within Salesforce to support key business functions.
  • Translate existing CRM Analytics (CRMA) visualizations into Tableau while enhancing usability, performance, and business impact.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across Sales, Sales Enablement, and Strategy to understand data needs and deliver actionable insights.
  • Apply predictive analytics techniques to support forward-looking decision-making in areas like pipeline progression and territory management.
  • Integrate data from Salesforce, Azure Synapse, Databricks, and other sources to power Tableau solutions.
  • Drive innovation by identifying opportunities to improve business processes through data visualization and storytelling.
  • Partner with Power BI developers and other DSC team members to ensure consistency, scalability, and alignment across platforms.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers and contribute to a culture of continuous learning.
  • Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences to ensure clarity and alignment.
  • Stay current with Tableau capabilities, Salesforce integration best practices, governance standards, and emerging trends in embedded analytics.
  • Support data quality, security, and compliance across all reporting solutions.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field; or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of experience developing Tableau dashboards, with at least 2 years working in Salesforce environments.
  • Strong SQL skills and experience working with cloud-based data platforms (Azure Synapse, Databricks).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Self-starter with a passion for innovation, business impact, and continuous improvement.
  • Experience with predictive analytics, statistical modeling, or machine learning is a strong plus.
  • Familiarity with CRM Analytics (Salesforce Analytics) and experience translating CRMA dashboards into Tableau is a plus.
  • Tableau certification(s) strongly preferred.
