About The Position

As a Senior Salesforce Specialist, you will provide functional support, maintenance and evolutions for our Salesforce environment, focusing on operational stability, user experience, and enhancements. You will play a critical role in troubleshooting and resolving issues, supporting users, and ensuring that Salesforce continues to meet our business needs. You will be responsible for providing end-user support (Level 1 and Level 2) for Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and other integrated Salesforce applications, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations. Your role will involve resolving user incidents and troubleshooting technical issues, optimizing system performance, and managing system configuration, including custom objects, workflows, process builder, validation rules, permissions, and reports. You will collaborate with stakeholders across business units to translate requirements into Salesforce solutions, train and onboard users, promote adoption and best practices across teams, and support integrations between Salesforce and other platforms, ensuring seamless data flow. Additionally, you will manage user roles, profiles, and permissions, ensuring data security and compliance, document configuration and support processes, and maintain a knowledge base for future reference. You will also work with external partners, such as managed service providers and consultants, to enhance Salesforce capabilities.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role supporting Salesforce environments.
  • Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and integrated applications.
  • Experience working with end users across North America (supporting 20+ users).
  • Experience in retail technology or SaaS environments is a plus.
  • Experience in project management.
  • Salesforce Administrator (ADM-201) Certification required.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot system issues quickly.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce Flows, Reports & Dashboards, Permission Sets, and Security Models.
  • Knowledge of Apex, Lightning Components, or SOQL/SOSL is a plus but not required.
  • Strong IT systems skills and ability to work in cross-functional global teams.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Salesforce Advanced Administrator or Platform App Builder Certification is a plus.
  • Experience in retail technology or SaaS environments is a plus.
