About The Position

The Senior Salesforce Platform Manager will serve as the central point of contact for all Salesforce operations, overseeing the platform’s ongoing maintenance, implementation, and configuration. This role will partner closely with key business units, acting as the subject matter expert to guide strategic decision-making and ensure the platform is optimally aligned with business goals. This role will provide technical leadership and support, driving platform adoption and user effectiveness across the organization. This role requires a deep understanding of Salesforce’s capabilities to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and optimization, positioning Salesforce as a key enabler of business growth. The Salesforce Platform Manager will leverage data-driven insights to streamline operations, enhance business processes, and make strategic recommendations that drive both operational efficiency and revenue growth.

Requirements

  • Proficient with Lightning, Salesforce CPQ, Outreach, ZoomInfo or other platforms that integrate with Salesforce.
  • Skilled in stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Expertise in mapping processes and systems to align with the end-to-end customer journey.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of best practices in data management and data security.

Responsibilities

  • Execute a long-term comprehensive Salesforce strategy that aligns with company objectives.
  • Lead Salesforce-related projects, from initial scoping and planning to execution.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Salesforce initiatives, collaborating with various departments.
  • Evaluate and recommend Salesforce products and features to improve productivity and customer engagement.
  • Provide training and support to end-users on Salesforce and connected systems.
  • Stay updated with the latest Salesforce trends, tools, and best practices.
  • Lead the implementation, configuration, and ongoing optimization of Salesforce.
  • Work closely with legal and other internal stakeholders to ensure data integrity and compliance.
  • Partner with business units to troubleshoot technical issues and drive cross-system synergy.
  • Manage complex Salesforce integrations, ensuring seamless data flow.
  • Develop and manage dashboards, reports, and analytics within Salesforce.
  • Monitor Salesforce performance and usage, making data-driven recommendations.
  • Collaborate with business units to define and track KPIs.
  • Lead the training and enablement of internal Salesforce administration teams.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning within the Salesforce team.
