About The Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Salesforce Functional Architect / Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Salesforce implementations, Agile methodologies, and business analysis. This role requires a deep understanding of Salesforce capabilities and functional flow, and the ability to translate business objectives into technology solutions.

Requirements

• Over 15 years of experience in Business Analysis, Requirement Gathering, and User Story elaboration in Agile and waterfall models.
• At least 10 years of experience as a business analyst role and gathering requirements for custom applications on Salesforce Lightning Cloud Platform.
• Extensive experience as business analyst and solution architect in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, CPQ, and third-party app implementation and integration.
• Proficiency in Salesforce APIs, Apex Programming, Flows, LWC, SOQL, and data migrations.
• Proven track record of leading large-scale digital transformation initiatives, managing multi-vendor environments, and delivering high-impact CRM solutions on time and within budget.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to facilitate workshops, gather and analyze business requirements, and translate them into clear, actionable terms.
• Solid experience in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ.
• Demonstrated experience in requirement gathering, user story development, and creating a solution blueprint.
• Strong in SOQL and data import/export functions.
• Excellent communication skills with executives and non-tech savvy individuals, and strong executive presence.
• Ability to communicate and solution design with developers to create elegant, easy to use business solutions.
• Good experience in requirement gathering and illustration using tools like Figma.
• Salesforce Report and Dashboard expertise.

Responsibilities

• Understand business needs and define solutions that address and simplify the complexities of technology integration, system architecture, and Salesforce implementation.
• Craft comprehensive Salesforce blueprints, detailing data structures, system integrations, custom features, security measures, and user experience.
• Facilitate requirements gathering, documenting detailed functional, technical, reporting, and data requirements.
• Create and maintain documentation of key project artifacts, processes, system functionality/tools, and user stories using Agile Scrum methodologies.
• Work closely with various stakeholders to deliver impactful solutions.
• Act as a key bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, clearly communicating needs, aligning expectations, and guiding development teams on delivery priorities.
• Orchestrate the integration of Salesforce with various external systems such as ERPs, CRMs, marketing automation platforms, and third-party applications.
• Develop and deliver training programs to ensure proper usage and adoption of Salesforce solutions.
• Provide ongoing support and guidance to users.
• Create reports and dashboards for teams and individuals to drive visibility and usage of Salesforce.
• Manage Custom configurations and setup to support custom application built using LWC framework.
