Senior Salesforce Engineer

Sunshine Behavioral HealthDenver, CO

About The Position

Sunshine Behavioral Health is a leader in recovery. Our mission is to provide the highest quality substance abuse treatment services and deliver them with passion, integrity, and company spirit. Through our programs, individuals receive the tools to overcome their alcohol/drug dependencies and learn to manage co-occurring disorders. Salesforce is at the heart of how we manage patient relationships, admissions, insurance, and clinical operations. Our org has evolved significantly over the years and reflects both the complexity of behavioral healthcare and the ambition of a technology-forward team that punches above its weight. We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Developer to serve as our primary Salesforce engineer. You will own the code (Apex, LWC, integrations, and everything in between) while working alongside a strong Salesforce admin who is actively growing their development skills and an architect who provides oversight and technical direction. This is not a role where you build something and hand it off. That said, ownership here has never meant isolation. When something hard comes up, this team solves it together. Our environment is a mix of legacy and modern code, and there is meaningful work ahead to modernize it while also delivering new features. We tackle genuinely interesting problems: continuous monitoring integrations, patient financial estimates, insurance automation, and more. We also leverage platform capabilities that most Salesforce shops never touch. If you thrive in a dynamic environment where you can make a real impact, own meaningful technical decisions, and help someone grow, we would love to hear from you. This is a hybrid position based out of our Cherry Creek office in Denver, with an expectation of 2 days a week in office and 3 days remote.
