About The Position

We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Engineer who is a strong hands‑on developer with deep expertise in Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC) and OmniStudio experience. This role focuses on building high‑quality, scalable Salesforce solutions and solving complex technical problems in enterprise CRM environments. You will work on large‑scale Salesforce implementations supporting Communications and enterprise business use cases, with a strong emphasis on code quality, performance, security, and maintainability. Experience with Salesforce industry accelerators is helpful but not required.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in software development with strong hands‑on Salesforce development experience.
  • Advanced proficiency in: Apex (classes, triggers, async processing), Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL / SOSL, Salesforce security and sharing model, OmniStudio
  • Experience with Salesforce development lifecycle practices, including version control, CI/CD concepts, and disciplined release management.
  • Proven ability to work independently on complex technical problems and contribute as a senior member of an engineering team.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Salesforce OmniStudio (OmniScripts, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures, FlexCards).
  • Experience with Salesforce Industries CPQ (Vlocity CPQ), Enterprise Product Catalog (EPC), or telecom quote‑to‑order flows.
  • Experience with Salesforce industry solutions (e.g., Communications Cloud).
  • Experience with Salesforce DevOps tools (e.g., Copado, Gearset).
  • Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I/II, OmniStudio, or Industries CPQ TCP

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce solutions using Apex (classes, triggers, batch, and asynchronous patterns) and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
  • Build reusable LWC components and shared Apex service layers to improve consistency and speed of delivery.
  • Optimize code for governor limits, bulk processing, large data volumes, and production stability.
  • Participate in and lead code reviews, enforcing best practices for test coverage, error handling, and secure coding.
  • Troubleshoot complex production issues, perform root‑cause analysis, and implement durable fixes.
  • Collaborate with architects and product teams to translate requirements into high‑quality technical solutions.
  • Mentor engineers through pairing, technical walkthroughs, and review feedback.
