Lead the end-to-end development lifecycle for new features within Salesforce Sales Cloud to improve the Revenue Team's productivity, including making key architectural decisions and choosing the right tool for the job, be it a declarative change, custom Apex/code, or leveraging a 3rd party application. Serve as the primary technical partner for business systems analysts to translate requirements into technical solutions that are maintainable, scalable and secure. Design, develop, and maintain scalable solutions that can automate processes and provide intelligent insights including leveraging AI where appropriate. Partner with other engineers to architect new features and ensure seamless integration with existing applications. Maintain a customer-centric and data-driven approach, monitor the performance of features, troubleshoot issues, and inform future enhancements.
