What You'll Be Doing: As a Salesforce Engineer, you will leverage your technical expertise to design, develop, and deploy solutions that empower our sales, marketing, and business development teams. In this role, you will optimize operations, enhance customer experiences, and help achieve business goals. This position is onsite in Pleasanton, CA.

Requirements

5+ years of hands-on Salesforce engineering experience, with expertise in Apex, Triggers, JavaScript, Aura, and LWC.
Strong understanding of Salesforce APIs and Web Services (REST, SOAP).
Extensive experience building Lightning Aura Components or Lightning Web Components.
Proficiency in at least one object-oriented programming language (Java, C# preferred).
Expertise in advanced reporting, formula fields, and change management.
Comprehensive understanding of the entire software development life cycle (SDLC), with experience across various testing phases.
Skilled in using tools like Visual Studio Code (or similar IDEs), Git, and CI/CD practices.
Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve Salesforce issues using Debug Logs, Flow Errors, and CPU/SOQL monitoring.
Ability to write and execute intermediate to advanced queries in relational databases (SOQL, SQL, Postgres, Oracle, etc.).

Responsibilities

Design, build, test, document, and deploy scalable Salesforce solutions, ensuring alignment with business needs and best practices.
Utilize modern web technologies to develop and integrate Salesforce for seamless data flow and user experiences.
Write clean and efficient Apex classes, triggers, Aura/LWC components, and unit tests to enhance the Salesforce ecosystem.
Collaborate closely with sales and marketing to define and document needs, translating them into detailed specifications using SDLC methodologies.
Provide ongoing support for existing Salesforce implementations, making modifications to meet evolving business requirements.
