As a Salesforce Developer on the Revenue Operations team, you’ll play a key role in building and maintaining the systems that power our sales, customer success, and marketing organizations. In this role, you’ll design, develop, and deploy customized Salesforce solutions that improve the user experience, drive productivity, and scale with our business. You’ll work closely with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions using Lightning components, Apex, and other Salesforce customization tools.

  • Collaborate on Requirements Gathering with the RevOps team to understand business needs and evaluate development options that prioritize optimization, scalability, and security.
  • Design Custom User Interfaces by creating and maintaining user-facing Salesforce experiences, including Lightning pages, Aura Components, and Lightning Web Components.
  • Extend Salesforce Functionality by developing and enhancing Apex classes and triggers to support evolving business workflows and platform capabilities.
  • Optimize Existing Code by reviewing and refactoring legacy code to improve performance, scalability, and alignment with best practices.
  • Integrate External Systems by building and maintaining integrations between Salesforce and other internal business applications and data sources.
  • Maintain DevOps Best Practices by partnering with other developers to support efficient development and release processes across environments.
  • Ensure Quality Through Testing by writing and maintaining code documentation and test classes for all custom development to ensure reliability and maintainability.
  • Support Ongoing Development by testing and troubleshooting new functionality and resolving issues in both development and production environments.
  • 4+ years of hands-on experience developing in Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, and Java.
  • Salesforce certifications (JavaScript Developer I & Platform Developer I) and deep expertise in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
  • Strong web development skills, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Comfortable working with APIs, integrations, and large data sets, always building with scalability in mind.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment and balance competing priorities.
  • Highly collaborative, solutions-oriented, and passionate about improving systems through thoughtful development.
  • Ability to interpret and write technical specs and translate them into impactful, scalable solutions.
