About The Position

The Senior Salesforce Developer will be the technical lead for integrations across Salesforce, HubSpot, and key enterprise applications (Eventbrite, SurveyMonkey, JIRA, Mogli, and others). You will architect end-to-end data flows, build custom development solutions, and ensure systems work seamlessly to support talent pipelines, marketing campaigns, participant engagement, and organization-wide reporting. This is a high-impact, hands-on role for someone who enjoys solving complex system challenges, building maintainable solutions, and shaping best practices in a rapidly evolving environment.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of Salesforce development experience, including strong proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components, APIs, and data modeling.
  • Demonstrated success designing and maintaining complex integrations across systems.
  • Proven expertise in system integrations (e.g., Mulesoft, Zapier), including third-party applications
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot Marketing Hub (workflows, automation, custom integrations, reporting).
  • Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions and work closely with marketing, analytics, and program teams.
  • You must live in or be able to relocate to Tulsa, OK or the surrounding area.
  • This is a full-time position with an expectation of working 40 hours per week.
  • The typical hours of operation are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
  • Ability to occasionally work hours outside of 8:00 a.m.- 5:00 p.m.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Pardot / Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (MCAE) for applicant/participant nurturing and campaign tracking
  • HubSpot System Administrator certification.
  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications.
  • Proficiency with DevOps tools for Salesforce (e.g., Git, Jenkins, Copado).
  • Salesforce Platform Developer I/II certification.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, test, and deploy custom solutions in Salesforce using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components (Aura & LWC), SOQL/SOSL, and REST/SOAP APIs.
  • Build scalable features that support talent pipelines, marketing operations, segmentation, and analytics.
  • Implement best practices in coding standards, security, data design, and performance optimization.
  • Improve and maintain user-centric Salesforce UX/UI for internal stakeholders.
  • Own and enhance the bidirectional Salesforce–HubSpot integration, ensuring accurate, real-time data synchronization.
  • Configure and optimize HubSpot workflows, forms, lead/participant scoring, and analytics.
  • Build automation to support participant journeys, marketing campaigns, and engagement/sales handoff processes.
  • Design, build, and maintain integrations across key business systems.
  • Develop robust data pipelines using Salesforce APIs, middleware (e.g., MuleSoft, Zapier), or custom integration frameworks.
  • Implement monitoring, error handling, and alerting for all integrations.
  • Enforce data governance policies and ensure data quality across platforms.
  • Document architecture, system design, integration patterns, and development standards.
  • Troubleshoot complex technical issues and drive root-cause resolution.
  • Evaluate new Salesforce releases, HubSpot updates, and integration technologies; recommend and lead improvements.
  • Provide guidance to cross-functional partners on technical feasibility and system impacts.
  • Other responsibilities as assigned.
