Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 6+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development, with a focus on complex projects and large-scale implementations.
  • Extensive experience with Salesforce Lightning Experience and proficiency in developing Lightning components (Aura and LWC).
  • Strong proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, and the Lightning Component Framework, with a track record of designing and implementing scalable solutions.
  • Develop robust Flows, Process Builders, and Workflows to automate business processes and streamline operations.
  • In-depth understanding of the Salesforce security model, including roles, profiles, permission sets, sharing settings, and data security best practices.
  • Expertise in configuring Connected Apps and implementing OAuth authentication mechanisms for secure access control.
  • Utilize Named Credentials to securely authenticate external services and APIs within Salesforce.
  • Expertise in Salesforce integrations, including REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and asynchronous processing (e.g., Queueable and Scheduled Jobs).

  • Proven ability to lead and mentor junior developers, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented team culture.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a strategic mindset, with the ability to design solutions that address complex business requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and customization of Salesforce applications, solutions, and features to align with our business objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with Salesforce Administrators, Business Analysts, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
  • Mentor and guide junior developers, providing technical expertise, code reviews, and best practices.
  • Design complex Salesforce solutions, leveraging your deep understanding of the Salesforce platform and its capabilities.
  • Drive Salesforce integration initiatives, ensuring seamless connectivity with other systems and applications.
  • Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve complex Salesforce issues, optimizing performance and maintaining data integrity.
  • Champion adherence to Salesforce security and governance best practices, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Stay abreast of the latest Salesforce technologies, tools, and best practices, advocating for their adoption where appropriate.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and automation within the Salesforce ecosystem.
