About The Position

We're seeking a Senior Software Engineer 1 to join our Engagement Center Enablement team. In this role, you'll help develop and maintain enterprise-scale solutions that power experiences across our many engagement centers. You'll focus on creating reusable components and capabilities that enhance our customer service operations, from core authentication experiences to AI-powered agent assistance tools.

Requirements

  • Associate's or bachelor's degree (preference in a computer science, technology, engineering or math-related field) or equivalent experience
  • 6+ years of software development experience
  • 3+ years of Salesforce development experience
  • Strong experience developing and maintaining Salesforce applications, including Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Apex
  • Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and modern web development practices
  • Experience building scalable, reusable components for enterprise applications
  • Knowledge of software development best practices, including version control (Git), testing, and deployment strategies
  • Experience with agile development methodologies
  • Demonstrated experience working on enterprise-scale applications
  • Demonstrated ability to influence technical strategy
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities

Nice To Haves

  • Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I/II, Application Architect)
  • AWS development experience
  • Previous experience in financial services industry

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop reusable Salesforce components that can be leveraged across multiple engagement centers
  • Contribute to the development and enhancement of enterprise authentication solutions
  • Support and enhance our agent enablement capabilities, including our agent assist copilot
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure solutions meet the needs of multiple engagement centers
  • Maintain and improve existing components while ensuring scalability and performance
  • Participate in code reviews and technical documentation
  • Support the continuous improvement of our development practices and standards
