About The Position

Guidehouse is seeking a Senior Salesforce Consultant to join our State and Local Government (SLG) Practice within the Platforms Capability group. This role is critical to driving business development and practice growth efforts in the Salesforce ecosystem. The ideal candidate will bring deep experience in Salesforce implementations, particularly within the SLG space, and possess strong relationships and strategic insight to support our expanding portfolio of Salesforce engagements.

Requirements

  • A minimum of TEN (10) years of experience
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • US Citizenship
  • Proven experience leading large-scale Salesforce programs, particularly in the SLG sector
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and implementation methodologies
  • Demonstrated ability to work with ecosystem partners and originate new business
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams and drive strategic initiatives

Nice To Haves

  • Existing relationships within the SLG space
  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Platform Developer, etc.)
  • Experience in proposal development and pre-sales activities
  • Familiarity with public sector procurement processes and compliance requirements

Responsibilities

  • Lead business development initiatives in the SLG segment for Salesforce solutions
  • Collaborate with ecosystem partners and internal account teams to identify and originate new opportunities
  • Provide strategic guidance and thought leadership in Salesforce practice development
  • Support proposal development and solutioning for SLG Salesforce engagements
  • Mentor and guide junior team members and contribute to capability building within the Platforms group
  • Engage with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored Salesforce solutions
