As a US Delivery Center Senior Solution Specialist on the team, you will act as a critical liaison between federal health stakeholders, IT teams, and solution vendors. This role is responsible for defining requirements, optimizing Salesforce solutions, and ensuring technology enables mission outcomes within complex healthcare environments governed by federal regulations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 5+ years' experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 3 years supporting Salesforce (Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, or similar CRM platforms).
  • Demonstrated experience gathering and documenting user stories, process maps, and system requirements for federal clients or regulated environments.
  • Experience supporting Salesforce implementation or optimization projects for federal agencies.
  • Strong understanding of project delivery methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.
  • Familiarity with federal compliance standards such as FISMA, FedRAMP, and Section 508.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills—able to bridge the gap between technical and functional teams.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future OR (2 - Limited Sponsorship) Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain the required clearance for this role.

Responsibilities

  • Drive improvements in user experience and operational efficiency, leveraging Salesforce best practices.
  • Facilitate workshops and conduct stakeholder interviews with agency staff and partner organizations.
  • Develop and execute test cases for new features and integrations, validating against business processes.
  • Analyze data and feedback to identify enhancement opportunities for programs or research workflows within Salesforce.
