About The Position

Objectstream, Inc. is seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Application Architect to lead the modernization, optimization, and ongoing support of a large‑scale Salesforce implementation. The ideal candidate is a Salesforce Certified Application Architect with extensive technical expertise, a passion for improving existing systems, and a proven record of mentoring developers and driving cost‑effective platform excellence. This is a full‑time onsite role based in Oklahoma City. Consulting arrangements may be considered, but onsite presence is required.

Requirements

  • Salesforce Certified Application Architect (required).
  • 10+ years of Salesforce implementation and architecture experience.
  • Deep expertise in:
  • Proven experience refactoring and enhancing existing Salesforce environments.
  • Strong leadership and mentoring abilities, with a focus on team enablement.
  • Demonstrated success in identifying cost‑savings and efficiency opportunities in technical ecosystems.
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related discipline or equivalent experience.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with MS Teams, Melissa Data Tools, CloudFlare, and AXSY Mobile.
  • Exposure to Azure integrations and cross‑cloud connectivity.
  • Background in government or regulated industries.

Responsibilities

  • Assess and troubleshoot the existing Salesforce architecture and technical implementation to identify issues and performance gaps.
  • Analyze, refactor, and redesign the current solution for improved scalability, maintainability, and performance.
  • Lead architecture reviews and recommend enhancements aligned with Salesforce best practices.
  • Mentor developers and guide the team in code quality, design patterns, and efficient use of development tools.
  • Evaluate and optimize technical costs, recommending opportunities for savings in infrastructure, licensing, and operational spend.
  • Oversee development and governance for:
  • Manage and integrate tools such as Slack, GitHub, Postman, and Azure DevOps to streamline CI/CD pipelines and collaboration.
  • Serve as a technical advisor on security, compliance, and governance frameworks.
  • Partner with business and IT leadership to align architecture improvements with long‑term strategy and business value.
  • Document technical design, development standards, and architectural roadmaps.
