Reporting to the VP, Global Business Development Solutions, the Global Senior CRM Administrator will manage a team responsible for overall Salesforce system administration, ongoing development, and the implementation of new initiatives that support our overall CRM strategy. The Global Senior CRM Administrator is responsible for driving operational excellence, stability, and scalability by applying best practices related to change control, release management, knowledge management, and data governance. This individual serves as the subject matter expert for all things pertaining to Salesforce and will partner with multiple lines of business including Sales, Client Services, Marketing, Operations, and Information Solutions. This role is best suited for someone who welcomes complex projects and can thrive in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical, process design, and problem-solving skills combined with a history of understanding how sales team workflows and goals tie-in with technical solutions. The ideal candidate is also an excellent problem solver with a successful track record of managing projects and managing a growing team.
