The Senior Salesforce Administrator plays a pivotal leadership role in Shaw's Commercial Salesforce ecosystem, serving as both a platform steward and team coach. This associate leads a small team of Salesforce administrators while also taking ownership of complex configuration, data stewardship, and cross-functional platform enhancements. Reporting to the Salesforce Architect, this associate ensures alignment between technical capabilities and business strategy, directly supporting Sales, Marketing, and Strategy stakeholders. They are expected to model Front Line Leadership competencies and foster a culture of trust, innovation, and continuous improvement. This role will work in a hybrid way with 3 office days per week at our corporate offices in Dalton, GA.
