Implement and improve security policies and practices. 7 years – Experience with SDLC, coding standards, change control, and CI/CD tools (Flosum). 7 years – Experience with data migrations, data quality, systems integrations, third-party tools, AppExchange products. 7 years – Experience troubleshooting and solving complex system/software/hardware problems and recommending technical solutions. Preferred Skills 5 years – Experience implementing OAuth and integrating 3rd-party apps; experience in HTML5, JavaScript, jQuery, REST/SOAP, JSON/XML. 2 years – Salesforce development experience (Apex, Visualforce, Aura, LWC). 2 years – Experience with integration tools: MuleSoft, Azure Data Factory, Jitterbit. 2 years – Experience with Agile Scrum methodology. 2 years – Strong configuration/no-code abilities (Flows, Process Builder, Workflow Rules). Specific Skills: Salesforce Administration (user management, security, profiles, permissions). Org setup from scratch, environmental governance. CI/CD using Flosum.
