About The Position

We are seeking a high-impact, Senior Salesforce Administrator. This is an individual contributor role for a technical expert who thrives on end-to-end ownership of the entire ecosystem. You will serve as the sole architect and administrator, responsible for both the strategic design of our Salesforce instance and the literal execution of every field, flow, and integration. The ideal candidate is a self-reliant professional who excels in a "hands-on" environment, managing the full project lifecycle without the need for a supporting team. You will translate complex business needs into scalable technical blueprints and then personally build them.

Requirements

  • Individual Contributor Expertise: 5+ years of Salesforce Administration experience with a proven track record of managing complex, multi-cloud environments as a primary or solo administrator.
  • Architectural Thinking: Demonstrated ability to create technical documentation, ERDs (Entity Relationship Diagrams), and process maps.
  • Flow Mastery: Expert-level proficiency in Flow Builder, including an understanding of bulkification, governor limits, and error handling.
  • Security Savvy: Deep understanding of the Salesforce security model (OWDs, Role Hierarchy, Permission Set Groups, and Sharing Rules).
  • Business Intelligence: Strong ability to build advanced reporting and dashboards that provide actionable insights to executive leadership.
  • Direct Execution: A preference for being "in the weeds" of the platform, with a strong desire to build and troubleshoot rather than manage a team of developers or admins.
  • High-Growth Environment Experience: Experience working within a startup or high-growth software organization, with the ability to adapt systems and processes as the business rapidly scales.
  • Education & Certifications: Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • Certifications: Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator (Required); Salesforce Platform App Builder or Salesforce Strategy Designer (Preferred).
  • Technical Literacy: Familiarity with Apex and LWC (ability to read/debug code, even if not writing it daily).

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with CPQ, Field Service, or Experience Cloud is a major plus.

Responsibilities

  • End-to-End Ownership: Lead the design and implementation of end-to-end solutions, ensuring that new features are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with long-term system health.
  • Advanced Automation Build: Personally design and maintain complex, high-performance Salesforce Flows and business logic, minimizing the need for custom Apex code while maintaining optimal system performance.
  • Data Architecture & Governance: Own the data model. Directly manage object relationships, field integrity, and sharing architectures to ensure data security and reporting accuracy.
  • Strategic Discovery: Partner with department heads (Sales, Marketing, Ops) to conduct deep-dive discovery sessions, uncovering the "why" behind requests to build better "hows".
  • Ecosystem Integration: Execute connections between Salesforce and third-party tools (e.g., ERP, Marketing Automation), ensuring seamless data flow across the tech stack.
  • Hands-On Technical Implementation: Act as the primary gatekeeper for the production environment, managing the deployment pipeline (DevOps), sandboxes, and release management.
