As a Senior Salesforce Administrator at Vanta, you will play a critical role in maintaining, optimizing, and scaling our Salesforce ecosystem. You will be responsible for driving operational excellence through system configuration, process automation, and data integrity across our GTM stack. You’ll partner closely with Revenue Operations, Sales, and Finance teams to design and deliver scalable solutions that enable growth, improve efficiency, and enhance data-driven decision-making. Our team leverages technology to streamline business processes, improve cross-functional collaboration, and provide insights that power smarter operations. We aim to build a robust, scalable, and user-friendly environment that supports Vanta’s continued growth through thoughtful and effective use of Salesforce and connected GTM tools. As a Senior Salesforce Administrator, you will align our Salesforce architecture with business needs and lead key system enhancement projects. You will also ensure seamless integration between Salesforce, LeanData, and Nue CPQ to support efficient and reliable operations. Your expertise will enable us to improve lead routing, pricing and quoting workflows, and overall system reliability. You’ll also serve as a trusted partner to stakeholders—translating business requirements into technical solutions, asking the right questions to clarify needs, and ensuring transparent, proactive communication throughout every project.
