You will play a key role in the upkeep, design, process analysis, and maintenance of the system. Responsibilities will be split between Administration, Development, and Architecture of NEOGOV's Salesforce platform, adhering to design best practices while paying special attention to upstream and downstream impacts of all organizational requests and needs.
