The Senior Sales Training Specialist is an integral member of the Sales Enablement team that supports the global sales team and is responsible for training the very best talent for the sales team. This role is accountable for the successful onboarding of new sales team members as well as the ongoing training of existing sales team members. The specialist will lead and/or facilitate the execution of all sales-related trainings. As part of the Sales Enablement team, they will also take on other responsibilities within that team when appropriate, like hiring and quality assurance. This role is Monday-Friday, 8AM-5PM fully onsite and the candidate must be open to travel at least once a month to our San Jose location for training.
