Job Summary: The Senior Sales Trainer is responsible for developing, coaching, and enabling sales performance across the Closets and Garages businesses. This role partners closely with the Regional Sales Manager to ensure new hires are effectively onboarded and complete the formalized training, complete follow-up training after designers and sales reps finish formalized training, and provide underperforming reps targeted support to meet performance expectations. This is a hands-on role that blends sales training, field coaching, paperwork/process discipline, and performance improvement. The Senior Sales Trainer plays a critical role in driving consistency, accuracy, and execution across the territory.
