Aerovel (the Airbus Helicopters Flexrotor Program) is looking for a Senior Sales Solutions Engineer to join our Sales Team based in Bingen, WA. You will be responsible for driving sales growth by providing technical expertise throughout the sales process, and serving as a critical liaison between the sales and engineering teams. This role ensures customer requirements are accurately translated into technical solutions, supports the development of customer-facing materials, and coordinates with engineering to deliver tailored product offerings. You will also supports marketing initiatives, event coordination, and operational excellence within the sales and offer organization. This role bridges the gap between our technology roadmap and our customers operational needs. The Airbus Helicopters Flexrotor Program offers one of the most advanced small tactical unmanned aerial systems (STUAS) with vertical take-off and landing (VTOL). It can be used day or night by US and allied forces for a diverse range of intelligence, surveillance, target acquisition and reconnaissance (ISTAR) on land and at sea.
