The position involves recommending appropriate solutions to meet lead/prospect/customer needs and resolving moderately complex questions or issues in a timely manner. The role requires generating prospective sales through moderately complex strategies, developing and refining sales strategies, and utilizing advanced knowledge of health care to articulate internal sales strategies and drive external sales. The individual will gather, analyze, and apply data on trends related to sales strategy and collaborate with leadership on internal negotiations and sales strategy. The position also involves advocating for process improvement and leading initiatives to overcome obstacles to sales progress.

  • Accident, Health or Sickness Insurance License (District of Columbia) within 3 months of hire.
  • Health Insurance License (Maryland) within 3 months of hire.
