The aim of the Channel Innovation Regional Deployment Lead is to provide leadership, coordination, and execution of key strategic initiatives within the Global Commercial Office, with focus on driving adoption and performance of Channel Innovation programs, supporting the business, to enhance reach, sales productivity and customer experience. This role will lead the adoption and performance of new sales channels, in particular the Remote Sales, E-Store and Remote Support, to expand customer reach and drive profitable sales for the Operating Units.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree with a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience, or Advanced degree with a minimum of 5 years relevant experience.
  • A mix of sales/marketing, digital and transformation competences in understanding evolving needs, capturing market opportunities, and driving effective business execution locally.
  • High degree of business acumen and strategic thinking.
  • Strong interpersonal skills - ability to work cooperatively and effectively in matrix environment, and manage teams indirectly.
  • Ability to communicate succinctly and accurately to various levels of management and customers.

  • Medical device experience
  • 5-8 years in technical support functions, 2-3 years within commercial function highly valued.

Responsibilities

  • Lead local deployment of Remote Sales tools & training
  • Develop coaching program with 'ride-along' for reps
  • Engage FLSMs and sales reps to drive full integration into OU
  • Share sales productivity reporting with local leaders
  • Lead local E-Store releases & launches
  • Lead local catalogue maintenance (exclusions, regulatory, pricing where needed)
  • Localize & adapt promotions
  • Drive reps onboarding and engagement
  • Drive customer onboarding and nurturing
  • Engage local organization with the opportunity and productivity gains
  • Support reps and TC with knowledge and training
  • Manage accounts' opportunity pipeline, targeting and nurturing accounts
  • Drive local contact maintenance
  • Support survey execution, review results, engage local OU to integrate into business plans
  • Engage leadership on customer engagement (NPS/CES)
