About The Position

The Senior Sales Performance Analyst role at Qlik is a unique opportunity to leverage advanced analytics and AI technology to drive sales growth and productivity. As a key member of the Sales Performance Management team and Global Sales Operations, you will be responsible for analyzing and investigating sales performance metrics, presenting your findings to the Theater Sales Leaders on a monthly basis. Your insights will help shape strategic decisions and enhance the competitive edge of the sales processes. In this individual contributor role, you will conduct thorough analyses of sales performance, providing insights and trends that will inform the Sales Leadership. You will also be responsible for quarterly reporting, comparing actual results to budget assumptions, and identifying metrics such as average sales price and Book to Bill. Additionally, you will support the annual planning cycle for the Quota Allocation Model, building agile models to facilitate future planning phases using the Sales Planning tool, Anaplan. Your role will also involve additional project work as identified by the Sales Leadership team, ensuring that the insights you provide are actionable and beneficial to the sales teams. This position is based in the United States, specifically in the East and Central time zones, and offers a chance to make a significant impact on how Qlik transforms complex data landscapes into actionable insights.
