As our new Sales Operations Specialist III (Renewals), you will be responsible for owning the end-to-end renewals lifecycle for Crayon’s software and services portfolio for less than ICP accounts. The primary objective of this role is to secure customer retention, drive renewals revenue, and optimize pricing and cost efficiencies across assigned accounts. Success will be measured by the ability to deliver accurate, timely renewals and maintain strong customer relationships that contribute to account growth and profitability.
