Job functions include member contact, Enrollment Counselor support, lead management and outgoing member calls. The Senior Sales Operations Specialist manages and runs Elderplan Compliance Data Exclusion Reports; provides coaching and guidance to Retention Specialists; assists Benefits Advisors with insurance verification; schedules visits with members and prospective members as needed, and completes other ad-hoc reports as deemed necessary by management.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma required, BA/BS degree preferred
  • Two or more years in a customer service environment
  • Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • User knowledge of health care related computer systems/applications
  • Strong listening skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential
  • Bi-lingual Spanish/English
