In this role, you will enhance the efficiency of the U.S. Sales organization by coordinating vital administrative activities. Your contributions will support two Senior Leaders, allowing their teams to focus on meeting the evolving needs of the power grid. You'll engage in travel coordination, create presentations, assist with onboarding, and communicate across various internal teams. Requirements

  • Work authorization allowing employment in the United States.
  • Bachelor's degree plus 2 years of experience or equivalent.
  • Experience managing confidential information.
  • Ability to work across functions and maintain clear communication.
  • Experience managing multiple projects while supporting leadership.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Highly organized with a strong sense of urgency.

Responsibilities

  • Manage travel arrangements and ensure compliance with relevant practices.
  • Assist in creating regional presentations by gathering information and preparing templates.
  • Coordinate onboarding activities for new sales team members.
  • Serve as a key contact for regional sales teams, facilitating connections.
  • Maintain schedules by organizing meetings and advising Senior Leaders.
  • Prepare and submit expense reports, ensuring adherence to policies.
  • Coordinate logistics for internal and external meetings.
  • Support monthly reporting with data compilation and market updates.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and company procedures.
