As the Senior Sales Onboarding & Development Lead, reporting to the Director of Sales Enablement, you will lead role-based onboarding and development programs to enhance sales performance, reduce ramp-up time, and equip the team for success. This role collaborates cross-functionally to create structured learning paths, training programs, and strategic coaching initiatives. This is an opportunity to shape and mature a best-in-class Sales Enablement function, with autonomy to design and execute programs from day one.
