Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in a related industry.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with CRM systems.
  • Excellent networking and communication skills.
  • Ability to create urgency and close deals effectively.
  • Experience in building and executing marketing campaigns.

  • Experience in the plumbing or home services industry.

Responsibilities

  • Landing and expanding commercial accounts with property managers, facility directors, and multi-family communities.
  • Driving residential growth by building and sustaining a predictable pipeline of qualified leads.
  • Owning the sales + marketing engine—from digital campaigns to field activations.
  • Turning data into action, using CRM insights and performance metrics to refine strategies and accelerate results.
  • Positioning us at the center of the community, engaging in associations, networking events, and partnerships.
  • Building scalable systems, creating repeatable playbooks for sales and marketing.
