About The Position

KK Wind Solutions, a leader in innovative solutions for the wind industry, is seeking an energetic and dynamic Senior Sales Manager, TCM, to join the team in Houston, US. As part of the Monitoring Solutions business unit, you'll play a key role in creating and winning opportunities with asset operators to implement their cutting-edge solutions in condition monitoring, helping customers extend the lifetime and enhance the performance of wind turbines. The Senior Sales Manager will focus on developing and implementing sales strategies for CMS towards Asset Operators in the wind energy sector across the US and Canada.

Requirements

  • Proven successful track record in delivering B2B Sales Results involving technically complex solutions and services.
  • Experience in the wind industry, ideally from a technology/service provider, wind turbine manufacturer, or wind asset operator, with a focus on sales and business development.
  • Proven track record as a Senior Sales Manager or similar in project sales, capable of handling complex stakeholder environments and lengthy sales processes.
  • Excellent English communication skills.
  • An educational background in economics with a personal interest in technology, or an engineering degree combined with an MBA or similar.
  • A self-driven, creative, detail-oriented, and persistent approach to customer interactions, maintaining professionalism at all times.
  • Willingness to travel to the customers' locations in the US and Canada.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations.
  • Develop and implement a robust sales pipeline, regularly report on sales activities and outcomes.
  • Lead the entire sales process from lead generation to post-sales support.
  • Establish trust and shape decisions through clear, persuasive communication tailored to diverse stakeholders.
  • Deliver measurable results and meet business objectives using proactive account management, data-driven insights, and strategic problem-solving.
  • Convert business objectives into actionable strategies.
  • Inspire collaboration and guide cross-functional teams to deliver outstanding customer value.
