About The Position

We are looking for a Senior Sales Manager to lead the commercial strategy and performance of our Telecom & Tablets portfolio across the Caribbean region and Miami market. This role is responsible for driving sales growth, profitability, and commercial excellence while managing key strategic accounts and leading the Miami-based KAM team. If you are a commercial leader with strong experience in telecom, consumer electronics, or technology—and enjoy working in dynamic, fast-paced environments—this role is for you.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in commercial roles within telecom, consumer electronics, or tech.
  • Proven experience leading sales or Key Account teams.
  • Experience managing high-volume portfolios (mobility, smartphones, tablets).
  • Background handling regional accounts (Caribbean, LATAM, or similar).
  • Strong negotiation skills with carriers, retailers, wholesalers, and distributors.
  • Advanced leadership, analytical, and strategic planning skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel, CRM, BI platforms, and commercial tools.
  • Excellent executive communication and presentation skills.
  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field (required).
  • Advanced English & Spanish required.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop the Key Account Management team based in Miami.
  • Define and implement commercial strategies aligned to KPIs and business objectives.
  • Manage strategic relationships with key clients: retailers, distributors, carriers, and wholesalers.
  • Analyze market trends, pricing, competition, and consumer insights to support commercial decisions.
  • Negotiate commercial agreements, sell-in/sell-out plans, and promotional strategies.
  • Ensure portfolio visibility, forecasting accuracy, inventory rotation, and margin contribution.
  • Coordinate product launches, trade marketing campaigns, and in-store execution.
  • Prepare executive reports and business performance presentations for regional leadership.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Trade Marketing.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, commercial processes, and corporate standards.
