About The Position

Orangetheory is a science-based, full-body workout that uses technology to measure performance so members can prove they are improving. In a 60-minute class, led by a highly trained and certified coach, members target at least twelve minutes in the Orange Zone to raise their heart rate and charge up metabolism. The result is an increase in calorie burn post-workout, backed by the science of excess post-exercise oxygen consumption (EPOC). After twelve minutes of hard work in the Orange Zone, your body burns additional calories as you recover over the next 24 hours. Requirements

  • Proven Sales Leadership: 2+ years of sales experience, with leadership or management experience preferred
  • Results-Driven Mindset: Strong ability to analyze performance metrics and drive accountability
  • Coaching & Development Skills: Passion for developing others and building winning teams
  • Operational Excellence: Ability to multitask and lead in a fast-paced environment
  • Passion for Fitness: A genuine enthusiasm for helping others achieve their goals
  • High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
  • Experience in sales, leadership, and customer service (preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Lead Revenue Growth: Own and drive studio sales performance, consistently hitting and exceeding membership and revenue targets.
  • Coach a High-Performing Team: Train and mentor sales associates to maximize conversions, retention, and overall member experience.
  • Execute Sales Strategy: Analyze KPIs, identify opportunities, and implement strategic initiatives to improve lead generation, conversion rates, and member retention.
  • Oversee Studio Operations: Ensure seamless day-to-day operations, maintaining high standards in both sales execution and customer experience.
  • Drive Community Engagement: Lead grassroots marketing, partnerships, and local outreach efforts to expand brand awareness and studio growth.
  • Elevate the Member Experience: Set the tone for an exceptional, high-energy studio culture that keeps members engaged and coming back.
