About The Position

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior Sales Manager - REMOTE. In this role, you will have the opportunity to drive ambitious growth targets in the digital health sector. Your expertise will be crucial as you develop relationships with hospitals and hospital groups, advocating for innovative digital solutions. You will work closely with founders and stakeholders to expand our market presence while tracking success metrics via our CRM system. Your contributions will directly influence our growth strategy and enhance healthcare services.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Natural Sciences, Information Technology (or similar) with strong academic performance.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales of medical devices and/or IT technologies for hospitals.
  • Experience in budgeting, revenue generation, and billing in a hospital environment.
  • Ability to engage with all relevant stakeholders within the hospital (C-level, medical professionals, IT, procurement, etc.), with proven experience in winning tenders.
  • Familiarity with relevant IT systems and data interfaces in healthcare; experience in purchasing or the IT landscape within hospitals is a plus.
  • Strong hands-on and can-do attitude.
  • Excellent communicator with proficiency in German and good English skills.
  • Willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

  • Acquire new clients from hospitals and hospital groups and persuade them of our innovative digital solutions.
  • Utilize excellent communication skills to establish initial contact and confidently present expertise in discussions.
  • Develop and drive sales potentials and growth for key stakeholder groups in direct collaboration with our founders.
  • Track the success of sales initiatives in our CRM system (HubSpot) and work data-driven through KPIs.
