The Regional Sales Manager for the Midwest is responsible for leading, developing and recruiting a direct sales team that services professional beauty salons and schools throughout Ohio plus cities within bordering states. The Midwest team sells the full professional brand portfolio to include Wella Professionals, Nioxin, Sebastian, Clairol Professional, Color Charm, OPI and GHD. The position requires a significant amount of customer interface, people leadership, and regional travel. This position is accountable to lead the team to increase market share by prospecting and gaining new salon and school doors, as well as to deliver business targets within a defined budget with existing customers. The regional sales manager will maximize the market’s education capacity through hardwiring with the education team to ensure customer strategies are developed and executed with excellence. The demonstration of strong situational management skills and company stewardship are required to develop a high performing organization that is productive and continuously growing their capabilities.
