Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years sales experience, with a minimum of 2 years in hotel sales preferred.
• Strong understanding of negotiation and interpretation of contracts.
• Present a professional and confident appearance.
• Proactive sales approach, assertive and fast-paced, driven to succeed.
• Ability to communicate effectively with the public and other team members.
• Understanding/knowledge of computers and Microsoft Office.
• Strong time management skills.
• Understanding of respective market segment, competitors' strengths, weaknesses, trends, supply, and demand.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue and expand client base through exceptional customer service.
• Engage in strategic sales planning and relationship building.
• Collaborate with various departments throughout the hotel to ensure the best possible experience for guests.
