CSN Collision is seeking a highly driven and results-oriented Senior Sales Manager to grow and manage insurance partnerships across the U.S. This is a high-impact, performance-based role where you will be responsible for building your own pipeline, generating new opportunities, and managing key relationships with insurance partners. You will be part of a collaborative team, but this role requires a high level of independence, ownership, and accountability. While some leads and support will be provided, the successful candidate will take initiative in creating their own opportunities, building relationships, and driving results.
