Requirements

  • High School Diploma/GED required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
  • 4-7 years of outside sales experience with a confirmed history of sales achievements.
  • 2 years experience in solutions/applications selling.
  • 2 years in telecommunications or technical sales.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a complex, evolving environment.
  • Proven experience in delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
  • Effective presentation and closing skills.
  • Experience in proposal writing and follow-up on product/service offerings.

Responsibilities

  • Cold Calling: Generate and work leads through prospecting, cold calling, and networking up-market.
  • Customer Needs: Identify customer needs and demonstrate the value of products and services.
  • Sales Approaches: Devise creative and effective sales approaches and proposals.
  • Deal Presentation: Present and close deals successfully.
  • Retail Partnership: Collaborate with Retail Stores to drive Business Sales results.
  • Sales Automation: Utilize sales force automation tools for funnel management and reporting.
  • Knowledge Update: Stay informed about products, services, and marketplace dynamics.
