About The Position

Our client is a leading innovator in the professional staffing industry, transforming how staffing services are delivered to enterprise clients nationwide. We're seeking a dynamic and seasoned Sales Executive with 7+ years of professional staffing experience to join our fully remote national sales team. This role focuses on new client acquisition and expanding market share through innovative service delivery models.

Requirements

  • 7+ years proven success selling Professional Staffing services (IT, Finance & Accounting, Engineering)
  • Experience with Mid-Market and Enterprise Level customers
  • Strong network within the Talent Ecosystem (TA, Procurement, MSP, CW Program leaders)
  • Established relationships with key decision makers in Tech, Finance, Engineering
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with hunter mentality
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Tech-savvy with proficiency in Zoom, Dynamics CRM, MS Office Suite
  • Ability to travel 2-3 times per year for industry conferences
  • Must reside in the United States

Responsibilities

  • Prospect and close new business opportunities with Fortune 1000 and mid-market companies
  • Manage the complete sales process from initial outreach to client onboarding
  • Navigate complex sales cycles and influence decision-makers at multiple organizational levels
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs
  • Develop and maintain exceptional relationships with prospects and customers
  • Expand MSP for Direct Hire, Direct Hire, and Contingent Staffing Services
  • Attend industry events and conferences to build network and generate leads
