The challenges are exciting, the pace is fast, and you’ll have a chance to build a career of almost limitless possibilities The Centric Brands Accessories Division has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Account Executive focused on driving sales of numerous brands across Amazon’s Vendor and Seller Central platforms. They will contribute to and execute strategies set by the division in order to maximize revenue and margins, support and promote the brand(s), where appropriate, and maintain optimal relationships with customers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
  • 5 + years of experience.
  • Experience with 1P and 3P Amazon a must
  • Superior organizational skills and excellent communication skills; team oriented and outgoing.
  • Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines; highly detail oriented and meticulous.
  • Strong analytical skills and fluent in retail math.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with SAP a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with supply chain, marketing, licensing and design teams to align inventory, promotions, and product development.
  • Develop and execute growth strategies to drive revenue, NPPU/NPPM, and market share.
  • Partner with Amazon stakeholders and brand partners to execute brand positioning and strategic initiatives, driving optimal digital store placement across Amazon surfaces, including Brand Stores and premium merchandising placements.
  • Own and manage the full Amazon (1P/3P) P&L, including forecasting, budgeting, and profitability analysis.
  • Manage product listings, SEO, PDP content, ASIN creation and advertising campaigns to maximize visibility and conversion.
  • Monitor inventory performance using IPI score drivers (sell-through, excess inventory, stranded inventory, and in-stock rate), proactively taking action to improve and maintain IPI above Amazon thresholds.
  • Oversee agency relationships and ensure alignments with Centric’s goals and KPIs.
  • Manage communications and feedback between Amazon and internal partners in Sales, Design and Production; partner with Vendor Management team to manage co-op, allowances and givebacks.
  • Contribute positively to team dynamic and manage up where necessary.
  • Train and coach junior team members in selling analysis and Amazon specific programs used.
