About The Position

The position involves identifying appropriate solutions to meet the needs of leads, prospects, and customers while resolving standard and non-standard questions or issues in a timely manner. The role requires generating prospective sales through various strategies, including prospecting, sourcing, and developing referral networks. The individual will develop sales strategies, prepare sales status reports, and utilize foundational knowledge of healthcare to articulate internal sales strategies and drive external sales. The position also involves gathering, analyzing, and applying data on trends related to sales strategy, accomplishing sales plans, and collaborating with team members on internal negotiations and sales strategies. Additionally, the role advocates for process improvement and implements initiatives to overcome obstacles to sales progress, ensuring objectives are met and performance trends are tracked.
