The primary responsibilities for the Sales Executive are to effectively grow BCS365’s existing base of Client Accounts. The role will work in conjunction with internal and external resources to ensure execution on strategies and programs designed around expanding BCS’s client base of MSP and/or MSSP Clients.

  • Prospect for new business
  • Contact potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings
  • Work with Marketing to maintain a contact database for campaigns
  • Research organizations to identify new prospect targets
  • Attend conferences, meetings, and industry events
  • Schedule discovery meetings and follow up meetings with prospects
  • Achieve strong conversion rates from phone and in-person discovery meetings
  • Complete understanding of the BCS365 business proposition
  • Complete understanding of all BCS365 Service and Solution offerings
  • Maintain a strong personal / professional network
  • Work with existing referral partners
  • Work to expand referral partner network
  • Maintain accurate records pertaining to each prospect and lead within CRM tools
  • Development of new proposals and presentations
  • Work directly with BCS technical resources as needed
  • Work with Technical Account Managers as needed
  • Work with SMB Client Account Manager as needed
  • Attend weekly internal calls as needed
  • Prepare and present quarterly business plans to management
  • Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements
  • Thorough understanding of how customers in the SMB and mid-sized Enterprise business market require, search, compare, and consume technology services
  • Proficient in general MS-O365 applications
  • Strong organizational and presentation skills
  • Ability to have both a Technical conversation as well as a Business Conversation with prospects
  • Skill in preparing written communications and materials
  • Interpersonal skills: telephony skills, communication skills, active listening & customer-care
  • Ability to multi-task and adapt to changes quickly
  • Ability to overcome objections
  • Typing skills to ensure quick and accurate data entry
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast-moving environment
  • Independent thinker who takes the initiative when appropriate
  • High level of business acumen
  • Excellent grammar, written and oral communication skills
  • Above-Average understanding of computer networking technology and industry trends
  • Average understanding of Cyber-Security offerings and trends
  • Willingness and ability to travel
  • Prior MSP and/or MSSP experience
  • Successful track history of being in a Sales/Hunter role with a technology company
