About The Position

This role is ideal for a hungry HVAC seller who thrives in smaller markets and loves building a book of business from the ground up. You’ll focus heavily on securing preventative maintenance service agreements while uncovering opportunities for repair and replacement projects.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated success selling commercial HVAC / mechanical service agreements
  • Strong hunter DNA with experience building territory from scratch
  • Experience selling service contracts; project sales experience is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and thrive in a lower-volume market
  • Strong relationship-building, communication, and follow-up discipline

Nice To Haves

  • Local New England commercial/industrial relationships are a plus

Responsibilities

  • Drive new business in a tight, relationship-driven market
  • Secure preventative maintenance service agreements with commercial and industrial customers
  • Identify opportunities for repairs, retrofits, and project upgrades
  • Build a strong pipeline through cold outreach, networking, job walks, and local relationship building
  • Meet with facility managers, building owners, and operational leaders to uncover needs
  • Partner with internal estimating and service teams to scope, price, and deliver proposals
  • Manage the full sales cycle from first touch to close
  • Maintain CRM accuracy for pipeline, forecasting, and follow-ups
