About The Position

Play a critical role in accelerating growth of the Stibo Systems Customer Experience Data Cloud in NA. Joining late‑stage, high‑value enterprise opportunities where strategic impact, executive engagement, and deal craftsmanship matter most. This is a high‑visibility, high‑expectation overlay role for a senior enterprise seller who consistently beats plan and thrives in complex, high‑stakes pursuits. The job: Reporting directly to the SVP, North America Sales, you bring deep expertise in Customer Data and Master Data Management (MDM) to create pull with the field, sharpen the value narrative, and remove friction from the most complex deals. You operate as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders—internally and externally—helping orchestrate the right plan, message, and momentum to materially move the number.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of enterprise software sales experience, with a strong and consistent record of exceeding quota.
  • Proven success selling Customer Data and Master Data Management (MDM) solutions in complex enterprise environments.
  • Strong understanding of Customer Experience, data platforms, and enterprise data architectures.
  • Experience in overlay or specialist roles within matrixed, international organizations.
  • English required; Spanish or French are strong assets.
  • Willingness to travel across North America as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the North America–wide overlay specialist for Customer Data / Customer MDM initiatives, engaged where deal complexity and upside are highest
  • Partner with regional Account Executives and Account Managers on large, strategic enterprise opportunities, carrying a dedicated overlay quota
  • Activate and expand executive relationships across Stibo Systems’ core industries (Retail, Manufacturing, Distribution, CPG); established networks within Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) are a strong advantage
  • Lead C‑level and senior stakeholder conversations, translating complex business challenges into clear, outcome‑driven value propositions
  • Own and continuously evolve solution positioning, value narrative, and business cases for the Stibo Systems Customer Experience Data Cloud
  • Drive multi‑country, multi‑stakeholder enterprise sales cycles across North America from strategy through close
  • Elevate deal execution through strategy, coaching, and repeatable best practices for regional teams
  • Collaborate closely with Sales Engineering, Professional Services, Customer Success, Partners, and Legal to accelerate time‑to‑signature
  • Build scalable impact by contributing to playbooks, talk tracks, and field enablement for Customer Data / MDM sales
  • Represent Stibo Systems in executive briefings, customer workshops, and selected industry events
