Here is what you need to know about the job: We are seeking a highly driven Senior Sales Executive to fuel growth within our Branded Apparel division, with a primary focus on aggressively securing new off-price business. This role will oversee and expand a diverse portfolio across all apparel categories and sleepwear, managing both existing brands and newly secured brands. Success will rely on strong relationships—particularly with TJX and other major off-price retailers—to drive new programs, expand categories, and unlock incremental branded opportunities. This is a high-visibility, growth-oriented role requiring deep off-price expertise, exceptional retailer partnerships, and a proven ability to influence and deliver results. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and brings the strategic mindset needed to scale established brands while building new ones.

Requirements

  • 8–10 years of sales experience in off-price apparel, spanning multiple apparel categories; sleepwear experience a plus.
  • Established relationships and a strong track record with TJX required; Ross, Nordstrom Rack, and other off-price accounts strongly preferred.
  • Proven success developing new business, securing new brands, and building existing brands within off-price channels.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to turn insights into strategic action.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and results-oriented with exceptional follow-through.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Office Suite; PLM knowledge a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Business Development & Growth Lead the pursuit of new branded opportunities across all apparel categories and sleepwear within the off-price channel.
  • Identify whitespace and secure new brands, while expanding category penetration for existing brands with TJX, Ross, Nordstrom Rack, and other off-price partners.
  • Develop and execute strategic growth plans to achieve revenue, margin, and profitability targets across both existing and newly onboarded brands.
  • Brand Building & Category Expansion Strengthen and scale existing brands by optimizing category strategies, value propositions, and seasonal product stories.
  • Collaborate internally to launch and grow newly secured brands, ensuring strong positioning and tailored assortments for the off-price market.
  • Partner with Design, Merchandising, Production, and Planning to build compelling assortments driven by brand identity and off-price buying behaviors.
  • Account Management & Partnerships Manage and grow key off-price retail accounts — especially TJX and other major off-price partners including Ross and Nordstrom Rack.
  • Present seasonal assortments, new brand introductions, and pricing strategies that drive incremental growth across both new and existing brands.
  • Conduct regular business reviews to evaluate account performance, forecast potential, and shape forward-season strategies.
  • Market Insights & Competitive Strength Stay ahead of pricing trends, competitive activity, and shifts in off-price consumer behavior across apparel and sleepwear.
  • Leverage retail feedback and market insights to refine strategies for existing brands and inform the onboarding and growth of new brands.
  • Monitor sell-through and profitability, taking fast, actionable steps to capitalize on in-season trends.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership Align internal teams around the needs of both existing and newly secured brands to ensure best-in-class execution.
  • Provide actionable insights to Design and Product Development on category needs, competitive gaps, and new brand opportunities.
  • Foster a collaborative, solutions-oriented culture focused on long-term brand and account success.
