As a Senior Sales Engineer, you will serve as the technical bridge between complex product solutions and customer needs, supporting sales teams throughout the pre-sales process. You will conduct product demonstrations, address technical questions, and collaborate with clients to design tailored solutions that solve business challenges. This role requires a deep understanding of industry trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging technologies to maintain a strategic advantage. You will work closely with sales, product management, and engineering teams to drive successful client outcomes, ensure solution alignment, and contribute to long-term customer satisfaction. The position offers the opportunity to engage with diverse clients in a dynamic, collaborative, and growth-oriented environment.

  • Conduct technical product demonstrations and address client questions both onsite and virtually.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to understand client needs and present customized solutions.
  • Support the sales process through proposal development, RFP responses, and solution architecture.
  • Position products against competitors, highlighting differentiators and value propositions.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of product features, upcoming enhancements, and industry trends.
  • Gather client feedback to identify potential product gaps or enhancements and communicate insights to Product Management.
  • Represent the company at conferences and events to promote products and solutions.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field preferred.
  • 7+ years of experience in technical sales, pre-sales engineering, or a similar role within financial services or fintech.
  • Strong understanding of banking software, fintech solutions, and financial institution workflows.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business value for clients.
  • Familiarity with consultative, strategic, and conceptual selling methodologies.
  • Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and presentations.
