Requirements

  • Strong cloud knowledge and experience with infrastructure automation such as Terraform.
  • Prior experience as a developer or in a DevOps role.
  • Ability to articulate technology and product positioning at executive, business, and technical levels.
  • Experience in driving and managing the technology evaluation stage of the sales process.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver world-class presentations and demos of the Harness platform.
  • Work directly with customers to debug common errors.
  • Tie business problems to technical solutions.
  • Understand and articulate technology value propositions.
  • Drive complex technical engagements with customers to prove the value of Harness solutions.
  • Represent the product to customers and at field events such as conferences and seminars.
  • Remain knowledgeable and up-to-date on changes and developments in our technologies.
  • Respond to functional and technical elements of RFIs/RFPs.
  • Convey customer requirements to Engineering teams.
  • Travel throughout a sales territory with minimal restrictions and occasionally on short notice.
