As part of our mission, you will build strong relationships with stakeholders, act as a trusted advisor for data teams, and ensure customers have the necessary information to adopt Atlan effectively. Your role will involve capturing customer feedback and collaborating with our product team to shape the roadmap.

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of experience as a Sales Engineer or Technical Data Practitioner in customer-facing roles.
• Prior experience working with data technology.
• Proficiency in SQL and REST APIs; programming experience in Python, Java, Go, or another language is a plus.
• Experience with Enterprise customers navigating complex sales cycles and multi-stakeholder deals.
• Strong analytical skills and creativity in finding solutions to customer challenges.
• Ability to explain technical concepts clearly and build alignment across diverse groups.
• Excited about the opportunity to contribute to a growing company and shape its future.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with stakeholders across organizations, including CDOs and Data Platform leaders.
• Act as a trusted advisor for data teams on their journey to building a modern data platform.
• Share Atlan’s vision and principles of an agile data culture with the wider data community.
• Ensure customers have all the information needed to make informed decisions about adopting Atlan.
• Capture customer feedback and collaborate with the product team to help shape the roadmap.
